The scheme also covers any medical expenditures incurred if the policy holder is quarantined, isolated, or acquires COVID -19 while traveling, as well as a daily reward if the journey is delayed. This is available to all GasanMamo travel policies effective from June 1, 2021, and can be acquired virtually or through any of the company’s branches or licensed intermediaries across Malta.
The corporation claims to be aware of the sacrifices made by the domestic people in the aftermath of the COVID-19 epidemic during the last 18 months. It said, “Having followed the effective immunisation programme which has been delivered here, the company has designed an extension to all its travel insurance products which enables GasanMamo clients to travel more safely and with peace of mind.”
