Home2 Suites to add 70 hotels

The tourism industry is not slowing down for anyone or anything as Home2 Suites by Hilton has made plans to introduce 70 new hotels which comes to about 10,576 in total throughout the North Americas.

Home2 Suites’ development plans by year

No fewer than 13 hotels with 1,443 keys will open their doors in the remainder of 2021 – nine of these schemes are already in the pre-opening phase. In 2022, 27 new properties with 3,990 keys will follow. Things look a bit calmer in 2023, with just 11 projects and 2,012 keys due for completion. For 2024 and beyond, another 19 developments and 3,131 rooms are already in the pipeline.

Key growth markets for Home2 Suites

With 43 new hotels and 5,246 rooms on the way, North America is the brand’s biggest growth market. A whopping 42 of these properties will open in the US, with the remaining one earmarked for Canada.

Meanwhile, all 27 of Home2 Suites’ projects in APAC will launch in China, growing its offering there by 5,330 rooms. This perhaps reflects the growing demand for extended-stay properties in the People’s Republic – and shows how serious Hilton Worldwide is about cornering that market.

Interesting Home2 Suites projects to watch

Home2 Suites by Hilton Foshan will open in late 2022, delivering 200 rooms in the heart of one of China’s key economic hubs. Set close to the business districts of Foshan and Guangzhou, the hotel will be ideal for corporate guests. Notable facilities here will include laundry and fitness areas, outdoor leisure space, a 24-hour business centre and spacious shared areas.

Over in Florida, Home2 Suites Hotel Beaumont Pinellas Plaza will soon open its doors. The scheme will feature an impressive 271 rooms and suites, catering for those planning extended stays within the Beaumont area. An opening date has yet to be announced.

Also on the East Coast of the US, Home2 Suites by Hilton Towne Center West will launch in early 2022. Shamin Hotel Group is progressing plans to build a Home2 Suites property as part of the Center West development. This 138-room scheme will offer a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as an outdoor patio and pool area.

• We do not recruit through unsolicited WhatsApp, Telegram, or social-media messages.
• We do not pay individuals to create or post TikTok videos.
• We do not ask anyone to deposit money to “activate” an account, unlock earnings, or participate in any investment programme.

Do not send money or provide personal information under any circumstances.

These criminal actors are deliberately misappropriating our name, as well as those of other unaware Companies, forging documents and certificates, and unlawfully reproducing our branding in order to operate completely fraudulent social media promoter and cryptocurrency investment schemes.
